• Providing counter ID in plugin's options is optional. When it is not supplied, the targeted textarea field is automatically wrapped with the character counter's HTML.
• Ability to attach a callback function, given the number of characters entered so far and the number of remaining characters, to provide sophisticated feedback to the user via an Ajax call, such as obtaining a listing of items whose criteria depends on the number of characters entered.
